 Mr. Sherry brings over 30 years of experience in intellectual property and commercial litigation to his role as Senior Litigation Paralegal at McCaulley Law Group. Throughout his illustrious legal career, he focused primarily on patent disputes while also handling cases involving trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and antitrust issues.

Prior to his retirement from active practice, Mr. Sherry served as a senior partner at McAndrews, Held & Malloy and, before that, at the firm formerly known as Allegretti & Witcoff. In these positions, he represented a diverse range of clients in numerous patent and commercial lawsuits, garnering significant jury trial experience.

Since retiring from active legal practice, Mr. Sherry has continued to contribute to the legal field by offering specialized paralegal services as an independent contractor. He now brings this wealth of expertise to McCaulley Law Group, where he serves as the Senior Litigation Paralegal, providing his valuable support to litigation.
